Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. This gives us time to offer that spot to other clients who may be waiting. If 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged the full fee for the session.
Health Insurance
We are not paneled with any health insurance agencies and are considered out of network with all carriers. Choosing not to panel with insurance allows us to better safeguard your protected health information, and deliver a higher quality of care. There are some insurances that may reimburse members for services they pay for out of pocket. For this reason, we can provide you with a monthly Superbill upon request. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, please contact your insurance carrier using the phone number provided on the back of your card. Dauntless Counseling and Consulting LLC will be unable to act as an intermediary of any kind between a client and their insurance provider.
